Safeguard your identity by bringing your confidential documents to be shredded on the spot in a quick and secure way.

Safeguard your identity by bringing your confidential documents to be shredded on the spot in a quick and secure way.  No registration is required. 

The shred truck will be at the Channahon location in the parking lot.  Please park your car opposite the truck in a parking spot.  There is a 3 box limit and no electronics are accepted.

About the library

Opened in 1981, the Channahon Library contains collections for adults, children, and teens; access to public computers, fax, and scanning; and a teen room.  It serves as the administrative headquarters of the library district.
